With eight versatile suites, Life Meetings and Events can accommodate from 2 to 380 delegates for a wide range of events.


​Each suite has been designed with versatility in mind, with high ceilings throughout and numerous layout options which make them ideal for a wide range of events. Whether you need an intimate executive boardroom or 350 sqm of exhibition space, the Life team will help you find the right space for your delegate numbers and business needs.

We can offer a whole range of 'extras' to make your event unforgettable, including a tour of Life Science Centre, a show in our planetarium (the biggest in the North of England!) and unique team building activities.

Times Square is one of Newcastle’s most attractive outdoor spaces and one of the largest open air areas available for hire in the city centre. Ideal for outdoor events, it can also accommodate your own temporary structure, canopy or marquee.

All of our indoor venues have FREE Wi-Fi available throughout.
